Coaching

Coaching is full-time, one-to-one knowledge transfer, giving the most intense and rapid transfer of knowledge.

Mentoring

Mentoring is part-time one-to-one or one-to-few knowledge transfer. This gives a “drip-feed” or just-in-time knowledge transfer for busy executives. In addition to our mentoring on our business techniques, we are an IBC-accredited mentor so we can offer a one-to-one service on achieving the Certified Management Consultant Award (CMC) Award.
