Agilier is pleased to offer a number of DSDM Atern courses through our associate Keith Richards Consulting. DSDM Atern is the leading UK-based agile project delivery method and it aligns well with Agilier’s philosophy of early and frequent delivery that is closely aligned with agreed business objectives.
DSDM Atern Awareness
A one-day overview course covering all aspects of DSDM Atern. It is suitable for all; no prior knowledge of Atern is assumed.
DSDM Atern Practitioner
A three-day, in-depth, practical course covering all aspects of DSDM Atern with an optional Foundation examination on the final day. It is aimed at those that plan to take an active role in a DSDM project. As well as giving a thorough grounding in Atern, the course aims to improve the following skills as applied to a DSDM project:
- communication skills and fact finding;
- construction and presenting models;
- participating in workshops;
- prioritising requirements;
- negotiating and obtaining consensus.
DSDM Atern and PRINCE2
PRINCE2 is one of the world's leading project management frameworks. This one-day course shows how to integrate Atern’s delivery-focussed approach with PRINCE2’s respected governance practices to get the best out of both methods to ensure your project is a success. The course is suited to practitioners with experience of both DSDM Atern and PRINCE2.
