Requirements Management for Agile Projects

We have found that our clients are eager to reap the benefits of agile techniques but are unsure how to start; typical issues revolve around project scope and the best way to start eliciting requirements. Other clients have tried agile techniques but have found that the benefits were reduced because of “scope-creep” or worse, requirements missed altogether. At Agiler, we have brought together all the lessons learnt from these projects to offer a one-day workshop entitled “Requirements Management for Agile Projects”. The course has the following learning goals:

• learning techniques of brainstorming, documenting, estimating and prioritising requirements.
